Mission:

To enable individuals & organizations a way to connect that maximizes the skills & talents of each volunteer. Giving humanitarian organizations large & small a way to network, share resources and utilize the talents of volunteers on a higher skill level. Offering a simple solution for the person looking to participate in bettering the world locally & globally.

Goals:

1. Signing up enough variety of humanitarian organizations, large and small, so that every volunteer has the opportunity to make a difference applying “Experience As Currency” to use their own unique skills & talents.
2. Providing guidance to these organizations to elevate their usage of volunteers in the form of suggested procedures & policies.
3. Providing and “Answer Center” for humanitarian organizations to brainstorm and share resources.
4. Providing a discussion forum, open to volunteers and organizations to exchange ideas for non-traditional solutions.
5. Help volunteers identify their talents and availability; then connect them with the best opportunities.
6. Creating a volunteer experience that is so easy and rewarding to engage in that every woman is compelled to participate.
7. To be the premier worldwide resource for volunteers and humanitarian organizations.
